I had a great time seeing a bunch of dance crews compete and perform at World
of Dance yesterday in Brooklyn. There was a a great mix of raw talent from the area as well as some of the best urban dance groups in the country, including Poreotix, Blueprint Cru, Rhythm City, and Fresh.
Here's one of the highlights for me: my friend Alan along with his crew "Part Time Models" doing their thing. I love how they mix in humor, drama and various dance styles into their routine. Definitely the best incorporation of b-boying into their choreo of any of the crews that I saw last night.
